Plain-language rules for paid plans. Effective date: November 1, 2026.
ReviewLoom paid plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. A plan runs for the period you paid for (30, 90 or 365 days) and then simply expires — your account falls back to the free tier automatically. We never charge you again, and no card or wallet is stored on our side.
That means there is no recurring billing to switch off and no cancellation form to fill in. If this ever changes and auto-renewal is introduced, this page will be updated first and existing customers will be notified by email before it takes effect.
| Situation | What you get |
|---|---|
| Changed your mind within 7 days of purchase, and you have exported fewer than 1,000 reviews with the plan | Full refund, no questions asked |
| Payment succeeded but the plan was not activated | We activate it, or refund in full — your choice |
| Accidental duplicate purchase of the same plan (e.g. pressed Pay twice) | Full refund of the extra payment within 30 days |
| The extension stops working on a supported Amazon marketplace, and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report | Pro-rated refund for the remaining unused days |
| We discontinue the service entirely while your plan is active | Pro-rated refund for the remaining unused days |
Refunds are paid back to the original payment method (Alipay, PayPal, or card). Banks and wallets typically take 5–10 business days to show the money.
If a payment fails on your side but money left your account, send us the same details — we will trace it with the payment provider and return any funds we received.
Card chargebacks cost us a fee on top of the refund and slow everything down for both sides. Every request above is handled by a real person within 2 business days — writing to us first is always the faster path. We respond to every chargeback with transaction and usage evidence, so a chargeback filed against the situations listed in section 3 will be contested.
ReviewLoom is digital content delivered immediately: the moment a payment succeeds, the paid plan is active and usable. By completing a purchase you ask for and consent to this immediate delivery, and acknowledge that once delivery has started, any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content may no longer be available — which is exactly why the voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee in section 2 exists on top of it.
