ReviewLoom is a browser extension that helps sellers, brand owners, researchers and shoppers collect the product reviews they can already see on Amazon, filter them, and save them as a spreadsheet or a JSON file. This page describes what the extension does, how it handles your data, and how to reach the developer. No account and no sign-in are required to read this page or to install and use the extension.
What ReviewLoom is for
Amazon shows reviews page by page and gives you no way to download them. ReviewLoom adds that missing export step. It is used for three common jobs:
- Seller and brand analysis — pull the last 12 months of 1–2 star reviews for a product to see recurring complaints, in a spreadsheet you can sort and count.
- Market research — compare rating distribution and review volume across several competing products in the same category.
- Personal archiving — keep a copy of reviews you rely on before a listing changes.
ReviewLoom is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.
How it works
- Open any Amazon product page or review page in Chrome.
- Click the ReviewLoom icon, choose a star rating filter, a date range, a minimum review length, and whether to keep only verified purchases or only reviews with photos and videos.
- Press Export. ReviewLoom reads the reviews visible on that page, follows the
“next page” links for as many pages as you ask for, and writes a
.csv(Excel-friendly, UTF-8 with BOM) or.jsonfile through Chrome's normal download flow.
The extension works on amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.fr, amazon.co.jp and 17 other Amazon marketplaces, and it follows the page language of each site.

* The number of reviews actually extracted depends on how many reviews Amazon makes available for a
given product; a plan never charges per review.
Accounts and what is optional
ReviewLoom works without any account. You can install it and export reviews immediately as a guest.
An optional “Sign in with Google” button exists for people who want their daily export allowance tracked across devices and who want to unlock a higher allowance through an optional paid plan. Signing in requests only your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile picture — nothing else. We never request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service, and we never read the content of your files or mail.
If you never sign in, no account record of any kind is created for you.
Data handling at a glance
- Review content is parsed in your browser and written straight to a file on your device. It is never transmitted to us and never stored on our servers.
- Account data (only if you sign in) is limited to your Google account identifier, email address and display name, used solely to count your daily exports and to apply a plan you bought.
- No advertising, no tracking pixels, no data sales, and no sharing with third parties for their own purposes.

Google API Services and AI content statement
ReviewLoom's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to authenticate you and to maintain your usage counter.
ReviewLoom does not use Google APIs, Google user data, or any other input to create, generate, alter, or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII), and it does not provide any image or video generation capability of any kind. The extension has no AI generation features; it only reads public review text and writes it to a file you choose.
ReviewLoom likewise does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models.
