Plans & Pricing

1. Click a Get… button above — you land on the checkout page with the plan already selected.
2. Sign in with Google if you are not signed in yet. It requests only your name, email and profile picture, and is what ties the plan to your account.
3. Press Pay with Alipay and complete the payment in the Alipay window.
4. That's it — the plan activates automatically. See it in My Account; the extension turns to Pro by itself. No licence codes, nothing to paste.

Prefer buying inside the extension? Press Upgrade in the popup — same plans, same prices, same automatic activation.

Do I need an account to use ReviewLoom? No. The free tier works fully without one, including CSV/JSON export. Only the paid plans and cross-device counting need Google sign-in.

What happens when a plan ends? Nothing breaks — your allowance simply drops back to the free tier. Your plan's expiry date is shown in the popup and in My Account.

Can I switch plans? Yes. Buying a new plan extends from your current expiry date rather than resetting it.

Refunds: see the Terms of Service. If a payment succeeds but the plan is not activated, email us with the order reference and we will fix or refund it.

Prices in other currencies: the same plans are sold in CNY through Alipay — ¥35 monthly, ¥85 quarterly, ¥285 yearly.
